IN THE CODY FOOTHILLS TODAY. IN ADDITION...SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 25
TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED FROM THE RED DESERT TO
CASPER TODAY. PATCHY FOG THIS MORNING AND LATE TONIGHT IN THE
WESTERN AND CENTRAL VALLEYS AND BASINS.
