This hazardous weather outlook is for east central...north
central and northeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and tonight.

Widespread rain and thunderstorms will develop across east
central Kansas after midnight tonight. No severe weather is
expected at this time however locally heavy rains will be
possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Periods of moderate to heavy rain are expected during the day
Saturday into Saturday night. The rain will persist into Sunday
and most areas should end up with 2 to 3 inches of rain by later
Sunday. This rainfall may be enough to cause mainstem rivers to
approach or exceed flood stage later this weekend into early next
week.

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
