            CLAY COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGER CAMPING AT CRYSTAL LAKE REC
            AREA JUST NORTH OF AYR REPORTED THE CAMPGROUND WAS
            FLOODED. HIGHWAY 281 IN THE AREA WAS DOWN TO ONE LANE DUE
            TO FLOODING. THE LITTLE BLUE RIVER HAS RISEN TO WITHIN A
            FEW INCHES OF A BRIDGE LOCATED NEAR THE REC AREA.
