AND SCATTERED SHOWERS...FROM 5 NM NORTH OF CAPE ROMAIN BUOY...TO
41004...TO 10 NM NORTHEAST OF BUOY 41008. CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE
FOR ANY CUMULUS CLOUDS OR SHOWERS TO PRODUCE WATERSPOUTS THIS
MORNING.

MARINE LOCATIONS IN AND AROUND CAPE ROMAIN REEF WILL BE IMPACTED
THROUGH 1130 AM EDT.
