AT 1238 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED A
LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS 34 KNOTS OR
GREATER...LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 28 NM SOUTHWEST OF
WOOD`S WALL WEST CRACK TO 35 NM SOUTH OF TWENTY-EIGHT FOOT SHOAL
LIGHT...MOVING EAST AT 25 KNOTS.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS.

PREPARE FOR WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 34 KNOTS...STEEP AND FAST-
BUILDING SEAS...OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND BLINDING
