THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  WATERS FROM JUPITER INLET TO OCEAN REEF FL FROM 30 TO 60 NM
  EXCLUDING THE TERRITORIAL WATERS OF BAHAMAS.

AT 644 PM EST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG SHOWERS...CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THESE STRONG SHOWERS WERE
LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 40 NM EAST OF PALM BEACH SHORES
TO 49 NM EAST OF HALLANDALE TO 31 NM EAST OF CARYSFORT REEF
LIGHT...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.

REPORT SEVERE WEATHER TO THE COAST GUARD OR NEAREST LAW ENFORCEMENT
AGENCY. THEY WILL RELAY YOUR REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE
FORECAST OFFICE.

WATERSPOUTS ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS ACTIVITY. REMAIN ON THE ALERT IN
