THE EVENING. THUNDERSTORMS COULD BRING STRONG AND ERRATIC WIND
GUSTS OF 40 KNOTS OR HIGHER...FREQUENT LIGHTNING...HEAVY
DOWNPOURS...HAIL AND WATERSPOUTS.
