OF PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL...OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING...SUDDEN
WATERSPOUTS AND WINDS AROUND 20-30 KNOTS OVER THE ATLANTIC AND
CARIBBEAN WATERS. IN ADDITION...THE POTENTIAL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT
OF HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE DURING THE NEXT
FEW HOURS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
