NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED AREAS OF SHOWERS
WITH STRONG THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING GUSTY WINDS UP TO
33 KNOTS... LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND
HEAVY DOWNPOURS MOVING ACROSS THE CARIBBEAN WATERS AND LOCAL PASSAGES.
THESE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CAN ALSO PRODUCE SUDDEN WATERSPOUTS. WATERSPOUTS
CAN EASILY OVERTURN BOATS AND CREATE LOCALLY HAZARDOUS SEAS.

THEREFORE...BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE
STORMS PASS. IF CAUGHT ON THE OPEN WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE...
KEEP AWAY FROM UNGROUNDED METAL OBJECTS.
