FOR THE OUTER GULF WATERS...

.LOW PRESSURE INTENSIFYING OVER NORTHEAST MEXICO WILL PRODUCE STRONG
SOUTHERLY WINDS ACROSS THE LAGUNA MADRE TODAY. EASTERLY SWELLS
WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS SEAS THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON
ACROSS THE GULF WATERS BEYOND 20 NAUTICAL MILES OUT. A MARINE
LAYER OF SLIGHTLY COOLER WATERS CLOSER TO SHORE WILL MAINTAIN
ELEVATED BUT SLIGHTLY LOWER SEAS.
