.STRONG SOUTHERLY WINDS HAVE DEVELOPED AND WILL BE MAINTAIN
ACROSS THE LOWER TEXAS COASTAL WATERS THROUGH FRIDAY. STRONG LOW
PRESSURE OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS COMBINING WITH HIGH PRESSURE
OVER THE GULF OF MEXICO TO PRODUCE STRONG SOUTH WINDS AND
BUILDING SEAS. WINDS ACROSS THE LAGUNA MAY WEAKEN OVERNIGHT
BEFORE INCREASING ONCE AGAIN FRIDAY LATE MORNING AND AFTERNOON.
