FROM BAFFIN BAY TO PORT ARANSAS WILL GRADUALLY WEAKEN THIS
EVENING...BUT LIKELY REMAIN GUSTY OVERNIGHT. FARTHER
OFFSHORE...WIND SPEEDS ARE FORECAST TO STRENGTHEN OVERNIGHT AND A
SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY WILL GO INTO EFFECT LATE THIS EVENING AND

* WINDS: SOUTH 15 TO 20 KNOTS THIS EVENING INCREASING TO AROUND 20
  KNOTS LATE THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT.

* SEAS: 5 TO 6 FEET WITH OCCASIONAL SEAS UP TO 8 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR SEAS OF 7 FEET OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
