DRY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY AS HIGH
PRESSURE SETTLES OVER THE AREA AND THE WIND DECREASES.

  SUSTAINED WINDS UP TO 19 KNOTS FROM THE SOUTHWEST WITH GUSTS UP
  TO 25 KNOTS. THE LARGEST EXPECTED SIGNIFICANT WAVES WILL BE 3
  FEET WITH A POTENTIAL MAXIMUM WAVE HEIGHT OF 5 FEET.

* TIMING: THE MAXIMUM WINDS AND WAVES ARE EXPECTED DURING THE
  LATE AFTERNOON.
