THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN EUREKA HAS ISSUED A SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM PST TUESDAY. THE STORM
WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

* WINDS...S WINDS DIMINISHING TO 15 TO 25 KT THIS MORNING...WITH
  OCCASIONAL HIGHER GUSTS. MODERATE WINDS WILL PERSIST THROUGH
  MONDAY NIGHT.

* WAVES...SEAS WILL REMAIN ELEVATED THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT AS
  WESTERLY SWELL PERSISTS. WAVE HEIGHTS WILL BE AROUND 17 TO 22 FEET
  WITH WAVE PERIODS OF AROUND 13 TO 15 SECONDS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
