* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots
  becoming north later tonight. Waves 3 to 5 feet. Waves building
  to 6 to 9 feet late tonight into Wednesday.

* WHERE...Michigan City IN to St Joseph MI.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
