THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN KEY WEST HAS ISSUED A SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS FOR FOR THE GULF WATERS WEST O MAINLAND
MONROE COUNTY...AND NEAR THE DRY TORTUGAS DUE TO REPORTS OF SWELL IN
THE 5 TO 7 FOOT RANGE.

* SEAS...DUE TO A LINGERING PRESSURE GRADIENT TO THE NORTH OF THE
  KEYS AREA...A NORTHERLY SWELL REPORTED TO BE AS HIGH AS 5 TO 7
  FEET...WILL PERSIST THROUGH AT LEAST THURSDAY MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS MEANS THAT SEAS OF
7 FEET OR HIGHER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR
SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING
SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
