WATERS FROM OREGON INLET TO CAPE LOOKOUT...

.Gusty west to southwest winds will continue this afternoon and
evening over the warmer outer waters from Cape Hatteras to Cape
Lookout.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EST THIS EVENING...

The National Weather Service in Newport/Morehead City has issued
a Small Craft Advisory, which is in effect until 10 PM EST this
evening.

* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 20 kt with frequent gusts to 25 kt.

* SEAS...3 to 5 feet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 25 to 33 knots
and/or seas of 6 feet or greater are expected to produce
hazardous wave conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners,
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions.
