...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TUESDAY TO 6 AM EST
WEDNESDAY...

The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a Small
Craft Advisory, which is in effect from 4 AM Tuesday to 6 AM EST
Wednesday. The Gale Watch is no longer in effect.

* Location...The Delaware and New Jersey Coastal waters.

* Winds...South 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 kt shifting to
  west 15 to 25 kt late afternoon Tuesday. A few gusts up to 35
  kt will be possible near midday Tuesday.

* Seas...4 to 7 feet.

* Timing...The strongest winds are expected during the day
  Tuesday.

* Outlook...SCA conditions may continue into Wednesday.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 25 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.

* Location...Delaware Bay.

* Winds...South 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt.

* Seas...2 to 4 feet.

* Timing...The strongest winds are expected late Monday night
  through Tuesday morning. A cold front will bring an abrupt
  shift to westerly winds around midday Tuesday.
