FOG ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST SATURDAY.

* LOCATION...THE ATLANTIC COASTAL WATERS OF DELAWARE AND NEW
  JERSEY

* WINDS...SOUTHEAST 10 TO 15 WITH GUSTS TO 25 KT SATURDAY...
  SHIFTING TO WESTERLY 15 TO 25 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 KT SATURDAY
  EVENING.

* SEAS...3 TO 6 FEET.

* VISIBILITY...OCCASIONALLY LESS THAN 1 MILE, ESPECIALLY THE
  NORTHERN AND CENTRAL NEW JERSEY COASTAL WATERS NORTH OF GREAT
  EGG INLET.


* TIMING...WINDS AND SEAS WILL SLOWLY INCREASE SATURDAY MORNING.
  LATE SATURDAY AFTERNOON OR EARLY EVENING...A COLD FRONT WILL
  MOVE THROUGH BRINGING AN ABRUPT INCREASE IN WIND SPEEDS AND AN
  ABRUPT SHIFT IN THE DIRECTION TO WESTERLY. THE STRONGEST WINDS
  ARE EXPECTED OVERNIGHT SATURDAY. WINDS WILL SLOWLY DECREASE
  SUNDAY.

* OUTLOOK...THERE IS A CHANCE FOR SOME GALE FORCE GUSTS IN SHOWERS
  WITH A COLD FRONT BETWEEN 5 PM AND 8 PM SATURDAY, AND THEN
  BEHIND THE COLD FRONT SATURDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE MILE. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
