* LOCATIONS...ATLANTIC COASTAL WATERS FROM FENWICK ISLAND UP TO
  SANDY HOOK.

* WINDS...WIND BECOMING NORTH 10 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 KT
  THURSDAY.

* WAVES/SEAS...SEAS 4 TO 5 FEET THIS EVENING WILL BE MAINLY 4 TO 6
  FT THURSDAY.

* TIMING...WAVES OF 4 TO 5 FEET WILL PERSIST OVERNIGHT THEN
  INCREASE A BIT TOMORROW AS NORTHERLY WINDS INCREASE WITH GUSTS
  TO 25 AND 30 KT.

* OUTLOOK...THIS ADVISORY MAY NEED AN EXTENSION INTO EARLY THURSDAY
  NIGHT.

* FOG...FOG MAY BE A HAZARD TO NAVIGATION FOR A TIME EARLY THIS
  WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR SEAS OF 5 FEET OR GREATER ARE ANTICIPATED. WINDS AND SEAS
WITHIN THESE RANGES ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS
FOR SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE
OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
