  STRONGEST WINDS OVER THE OUTER WATERS...OR BEYOND 10 MILES FROM
  SHORE. SOUTH WINDS WILL EASE TO 25 TO 30 KT LATE THIS EVENING.

* SEAS...10 TO 14 FT THIS AFTERNOON. SEAS BUILDING TO 13 TO 16
  FEET CLOSE TO SHORE THIS AFTERNOON... AND 15 TO 18 FT OVER THE
  OUTER WATERS. SEAS WILL SUBSIDE A BIT LATER TONIGHT.

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.
