ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 2 AM PDT
WEDNESDAY.

* WIND AND WAVES...WINDS WILL RISE FROM THE WEST AT 15 TO 25 KNOTS
  THIS EVENING BEFORE EASING LATE TONIGHT. WAVES WILL BUILD TO 2
  TO 4 FEET THIS EVENING BEFORE SUBSIDING LATE TONIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
