...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONTINUES THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...

.Strong post frontal northerly winds will continue into the
afternoon hours with dangerous seas. High pressure building just
to our north later today will result in a period of lighter winds
and calmer seas by Friday.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST THIS
MORNING...

* WINDS...Northwest winds 20 to 25 knots becoming northerly
  overnight...then decreasing below 20 knots this morning.

* WAVES/SEAS...Seas 3 to 5 feet near shore and 6 to 8 feet
  offshore...subsiding to 2 to 4 feet near shore and 3 to 5 feet
  offshore today. Bays and Harbors choppy to rough subsiding to a
  moderate chop today.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
