SNOW OR BLOWING DUST OVER PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST AND EAST CENTRAL NEW
MEXICO FOR THE REST OF THE AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL GUST AS HIGH AS
50 TO 60 MPH ESPECIALLY OVER UNION COUNTY AND SOUTHWARD ALONG THE
TEXAS BORDER IMPACTING THE CLOVIS AREA. SOME ROADS WHICH MAY BE
AFFECTED INCLUDE HIGHWAYS 64 AND 87 FROM RATON TO CLAYTON...AND
HIGHWAY 56 FROM SPRINGER TO CLAYTON. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR
VISIBILITIES FALLING DRASTICALLY AND SUDDENLY. IN ADDITION...THE
GUSTY WINDS COMBINED WITH COLD TEMPERATURES WILL RESULT IN WIND CHILL
