SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND
EARLY EVENING ACROSS THE EASTERN HALF OF THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA
PANHANDLES. MOVEMENT WILL BE NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

AS THE ATMOSPHERE BECOMES MORE UNSTABLE LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY
THIS EVENING...COVERAGE OF THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE EASTERN HALF
OF THE PANHANDLES WILL INCREASE. STORMS THAT DEVELOP TODAY WILL
HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO STRENGTHEN QUICKLY...AND SOME THUNDERSTORMS
WILL LIKELY BECOME STRONG OR SEVERE.

PEOPLE ACROSS THE EASTERN HALF OF THE PANHANDLES SHOULD KEEP AN EYE
TO THE SKY AND BE READY FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER. STAY INFORMED
AND BE READY TO RECEIVE ADDITIONAL FORECASTS...STATEMENTS AND
