PANHANDLE THROUGH 8 AM. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WITH THESE STORMS SHOULD
MAINLY RANGE FROM A TRACE TO A FEW TENTHS OF AN INCH. STRONGER STORMS
MAY BE ABLE TO PRODUCE RAINFALL AMOUNTS APPROACHING AN INCH AS WELL
AS BRIEF WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH. THIS RAINFALL MAY CAUSE LOCALIZED
FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE AND FLOOD PRONE AREAS. IF YOU SEE WATER
OVER THE ROAD...DO NOT TRY TO CROSS IT AND DO NOT DRIVE AROUND
