across deep south Texas in the wake of an arctic cold front. The
rainfall totals are to remain light of between a trace and a few
hundredths of an inch. Wind speeds will continue of around 25 to
35 mph with higher gusts.

across all of the lower Texas coastal waters in the wake of an
arctic cold front. Wind speeds will continue of between 20 to 30
knots with higher gusts. Reductions in visibility will also be
expected within any passing showers.
