THROUGH 1130 PM...ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING
OVER THE MOUNTAINS OF MEXICO AND MOVING NORTH AROUND 35 MPH MAY
IMPACT THE RIO GRANDE PLAINS WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE BRUSH
COUNTY. OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING...GUSTY WINDS TO 40 MPH ALONG WITH
BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL...PRODUCING AMOUNTS UP TO 1/2 INCH
POSSIBLE...COULD OCCUR WITH ANY THUNDERSTORMS. HOWEVER...MOST OF
THE RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN OVER MEXICO AND NOT MOVE ACROSS
THE RIO GRANDE. STILL A SHOWER OR STORM COULD IMPACT WESTERN
PORTIONS OF WEBB COUNTY ESPECIALLY NORTH OF THE COLUMBIA BRIDGE
THROUGH 1130 PM.

A FEW BRIEF ISOLATED SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TO
DEVELOP...THEN DISSIPATE OVER PORTIONS OF THE BRUSH COUNTRY AND
RIO GRANDE PLAINS. A FEW BRIEF WIND GUSTS AND MODERATE RAINFALL IS
POSSIBLE...WITH RAINFALL AMOUNTS LESS THAN ONE TENTH OF AN INCH IN
THE HEAVIER SHOWERS.
