CONTINUED TO OBSERVE ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IN THE
NORTHWEST OF HUDSPETH AND SOUTHWEST OF OTERO COUNTIES. THE
ACTIVITY IN THIS AREA SEEM TO HAVE WEAKENED BUT THERE ARE STILL
SOME SHOWERS DEVELOPING IN THE AREA. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING AT 5
TO 10 MPH TO THE NORTHWEST. IN THE LAST HOUR UP TO AN INCH OF RAIN
HAS FALLEN IN THE AREA. DUE TO ALL THE RAIN RECEIVED... MINOR
FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED IN LOW LYING AREAS... ARROYOS AND OTHER
SMALL STREAMS.

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED IN DONA ANA COUNTY.
THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL IS OCCURRING CLOSE TO THE CITIES OF
MESQUITE... VADO... LA MESA AND BERINO. THIS ACTIVITY IS MOVING
BETWEEN 5 AND 10 MPH TO THE NORTHEAST. BETWEEN HALF AN INCH TO AN
INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR AND THERE IS A
