THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM NEAR FRIONA TO LAZBUDDIE TO NEEDMORE
TO MORTON TO BRONCO. INDIVIDUAL STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST
AROUND 25 MPH...WITH THE LINE EDGING SLOWLY EASTWARD. THE
STRONGEST STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING BRIEF HEAVY
DOWNPOURS...WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH OR HIGHER AND FREQUENT CLOUD TO
GROUND LIGHTNING AS THEY AFFECT THE SOUTHWEST PANHANDLE AND
WESTERN SOUTH PLAINS THROUGH 930 PM. MOTORIST SHOULD BE ALERT TO
PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS AND SLOW DOWN ACCORDINGLY.
