PERIPHERY OF TROPICAL STORM MATTHEW WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE INLAND
ACROSS THESE AREAS FROM TIME TO TIME. THESE BANDS WILL BE CAPABLE
OF PRODUCING PERIODS OF LOCALLY HEAVY DOWNPOURS, SUDDEN WIND GUST
UP TO 30 MPH, REDUCED VISIBILITY AND PONDING OF WATER ACROSS ROADWAYS
AND LOW LYING AREAS. LIGHTNING ACTIVITY IS POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS
AS THEY PASS BY. THE HEAVIEST RAINS WERE NOW IN AROUND PARTS OF THE
SAN JUAN METRO AREA...AND OVER THE CENTRAL INTERIOR AROUND FLORIDA...
