* WINDS...NORTH 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.

* TIMING...THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING

* IMPACTS...LOOSE OBJECTS LIKE TRASH CANS AND LAWN AND PATIO
  FURNITURE COULD GET BLOWN AROUND. TREE LIMBS AND BRANCHES COULD
  BE BLOWN DOWN AND POSSIBLY PRODUCE POWER OUTAGES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WINDS OF 31 TO 39 MPH OR
GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED. WINDS THIS STRONG CAN
MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
