.MOISTURE TRAPPED UNDER A LOW LEVEL INVERSION WILL CONTINUE TO
CAUSE FOG THROUGH THE NIGHT AND EARLY FRIDAY. TEMPERATURES AT
MANY LOCATIONS ARE...OR WILL BE...AT OR BELOW FREEZING THROUGH THE
NIGHT. THUS THE FOG WILL FREEZE ON CONTACT WITH COLD SURFACES.

FOG ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM PST FRIDAY.

* TIMING...AREAS OF FREEZING FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE NIGHT
  INTO FRIDAY MORNING.

* VISIBILITIES...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...THIS FOG CAN MAKE ROAD SURFACES AND SIDEWALKS SLICK.
  MOTORISTS SHOULD USE CAUTION AND SLOW DOWN AS VISIBILITIES WILL
  BE REDUCED AND STOPPING WILL BE DIFFICULT DUE TO BLACK ICE.

* TEMPERATURES...LOWS AROUND 30. HIGHS IN THE LOWER 30S.
