* TIMING: LATE SATURDAY MORNING THROUGH SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

* WINDS: 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.

* VISIBILITY: GENERALLY 1 TO 4 MILES WITH BRIEF PERIODS BELOW 1
  MILE POSSIBLE.

* IMPACTS: POOR VISIBILITY WILL CREATE DIFFICULT DRIVING
  CONDITIONS ESPECIALLY DOWNWIND OF DRY SINKS AND LAKE BEDS.
  WINDS MAY BLOW AWAY UNSECURED OUTDOOR ITEMS LIKE PATIO FURNITURE
