...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR MUCH OF THE PUGET SOUND
REGION AND SOUTHWEST INTERIOR UNTIL 6 AM PDT MONDAY...

* TEMPERATURES...WERE MAINLY IN THE UPPER 80S TO MID 90S THIS
  AFTERNOON. EXPECT TEMPERATURES SUNDAY AFTERNOON TO BE NEARLY
  SIMILAR TO TODAY AFTER A MILD OVERNIGHT LOW IN THE UPPER 50S TO
  MID 60S.

* HUMIDITY...MAY BE SLIGHTLY HIGHER SUNDAY THAN TODAY AND THIS
  COULD MAKE IT FEEL WARMER THAN IT ACTUALLY IS.

* IMPACTS...HOT WEATHER TENDS TO LURE MANY TO AREA LAKES AND
  RIVERS. IF YOU PLAN TO BE IN OR NEAR THE WATER...BE SAFE AND
  WEAR A LIFE JACKET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE EXTRA PRECAUTION IF YOU WORK OR SPEND TIME OUTSIDE. WHEN
POSSIBLE...RESCHEDULE STRENUOUS ACTIVITIES TO EARLY MORNING OR
EVENING. KNOW THE SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF HEAT EXHAUSTION AND HEAT
STROKE. WEAR LIGHT WEIGHT AND LOOSE FITTING CLOTHING WHEN POSSIBLE
AND DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.

TO REDUCE RISK DURING OUTDOOR WORK...THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND
HEALTH ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDS SCHEDULING FREQUENT REST BREAKS
IN SHADED OR AIR CONDITIONED ENVIRONMENTS. ANYONE OVERCOME BY
HEAT SHOULD BE MOVED TO A COOL AND SHADED LOCATION.  HEAT STROKE
