* TIMING...SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL RISE THIS MORNING...PROBABLY
  REACHING THEIR PEAK DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS. THE WINDS SHOULD
  GRADUALLY EASE THIS EVENING.

* WINDS...SOUTHEAST WINDS SHOULD REACH 20 TO 35 MPH...AND LOCALLY
  HIGH WINDS OF 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 55 OR 60 MPH ARE LIKELY.

* IMPACTS...WINDS OF THIS STRENGTH USUALLY BLOW DOWN WEAK TREES AND
  BREAK LARGE TREE LIMBS. IN ADDITION TO CAUSING POWER OUTAGES...
  FALLING TREES AND LIMBS CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
