.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Maria was centered near 31.7N 73.1W at 5 PM
EDT this afternoon, and is expected to be located near 33.5N
73.2W at 2 PM EDT Tue, near 35.3N 72.8W as a tropical storm at
2 PM Wed, 36.3N 69.6W at 2 PM Thu, and move to near 38.8N 60.5W
by 2 PM Fri. Also, S to SE swell from Hurricane Maria will impact
the area tonight into Fri night. Please refer to the latest
National Hurricane Center advisory for Hurricane Maria.
Otherwise, a cold front will move over the NW portion Thu into
Thu night, reach the central waters early Fri, then move across
the S waters Fri night. A weak low will move across the N waters
late Fri night and sat, A high pressure ridge will build over the
waters Sat and Sat night.
