Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Cindy is well inland near 31.7N
93.8W 999 mb at 1800 UTC moving NNE further away from the area.
Cindy will track over the lower Mississippi river valley late
tonight and Fri and weaken. Winds and seas will slowly subside
over the north- central Gulf through early Friday. High pressure
will build across the northern Gulf in the wake of Cindy through
Tue night.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will meander along 29N/30N into the
weekend as a weak cold front approaches the SE United States.
The high will gradually be absorbed into a broad central Atlc
high  Sun, with a ridge axis extending across the northern
waters  thereafter through Tue. A weak front moves off the SE
United  States late Tue and stalls over the far NW portion of
the area Tue night.

.FRI...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SE 5 to 10 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
