.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front S of the area
this morning will lift N over the waters as a warm front today. Low
pressure will form S of Long Island this afternoon, and track NE
across Georges Bank and the Gulf of Maine tonight while pulling a
cold front SE across the waters. A high pressure ridge will build E
across the waters Mon through Tue night, then shift SE of the area
late Wed. A weak low will pass just NE of the waters Tue night into
Wed while pulling a weak cold front over the area. The front will
stall and weaken over the waters late Wed into Wed night. Another
ridge will build just E of the waters Wed night, then shift E of
the region Thu and Thu night. Developing low pressure will move off
the mid Atlantic coast Thu night while pulling a strong cold front
offshore.
