...ELEVATED TO NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS TODAY IN
OSAGE AND PAWNEE COUNTIES...

Elevated to near critical fire weather conditions are expected
this afternoon across Osage and Pawnee Counties in northeast
Oklahoma. Southwest 20-foot winds in the 15 to 20 mph range from
late morning through mid-afternoon, with gusts 30 to 40 mph are
occurring. Minimum relative humidities near 15 to 20 percent are
also expected.

Fine fuels across these counties remain dormant and susceptible
to rapid fire spread.

Avoid outdoor activities that could inadvertently start a fire,
including disposing of cigarettes properly. Report any wildfires
to local officials.
