HUMIDITY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SAN DIEGO HAS CANCELLED THE RED
FLAG WARNING.

WINDS ARE ONLY GUSTING 20 TO 30 MPH THIS MORNING IN THE MOUNTAINS
AND COASTAL FOOTHILLS...AND WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO WEAKEN FURTHER
THROUGH THE DAY. THUS...THE RED FLAG WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
HOWEVER...RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL CONTINUE TO BE VERY LOW TODAY AND
INTO TOMORROW...WITH POOR OVERNIGHT RECOVERIES. THIS WILL RESULT
IN CONTINUED ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
