FOR THE CANADIAN RIVER...THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS ARE INCLUDED...THE
GAGE SITE 19 MILES NORTH OF AMARILLO.

.HEAVY RAIN FELL UPSTREAM OF THE GAGE SITE ON WEDNESDAY MORNING.
THE RUNOFF FROM THE HEAVY RAIN HAS CAUSED A SIGNIFICANT RISE ON THE
CANADIAN RIVER THROUGH POTTER COUNTY. THE RIVER IS EXPECTED TO
HOLD STEADY AROUND 4.0 FEET BEFORE FALLING LATE THIS MORNING.

FOR THE CANADIAN RIVER 19 MILES NORTH OF AMARILLO.
* LATEST STAGE:               4.0 FEET AT 5 AM THURSDAY.
* FLOOD STAGE:                7.0 FEET.
* BANKFULL STAGE:             6.0 FEET.

CAUTION IS URGED WHEN WALKING NEAR RIVERBANKS.

THIS WILL BE THE FINAL STATEMENT ISSUED FOR THE CANADIAN RIVER
AT THE GAGE SITE 19 MILES NORTH OF AMARILLO FOR THIS EVENT
UNLESS THE RIVER STARTS TO RISE AGAIN.
