At 9 PM Tuesday, the stage on the North Fork Obion River near Martin
was 7.9 feet and rising. Flood stage is 20.0 feet.At 20.0 feet,
Flooding is occurring along the North Fork Obion River in Northeast
Obion County and Northwest Weakley County. Flooding is also occurring
in low lying areas near Union City..

At 9 PM Tuesday, the stage on the Obion River near Bogota was 16.6
feet and rising. Flood stage is 22.0 feet.

At 9 PM Tuesday, the stage on the S.F. Forked Deer River at Jackson
was 25.3 feet and rising. Flood stage is 34.0 feet.At 34.0 feet,
Businesses along Westover Road are affected by flood waters..

At 9 PM Tuesday, the stage on the Saint Francis River at Lake City
was 6.2 feet and rising. Flood stage is 10.0 feet.At 10.0 feet,
Flooding is occurring in the swamps along the river..

At 9 PM Tuesday, the stage on the Right Hand Chute Little River at
Rivervale was 3.5 feet and rising. Flood stage is 11.0 feet.At 10.0
feet, Unprotected farmland near the river is flooded between
Rivervale and Big Lake Wildlife Refuge..

At 8 PM Tuesday, the stage on the L`anguille River at Palestine was
22.0 feet and rising. Flood stage is 25.0 feet.At 25.0 feet, Flooding
of large areas of agriculture land along the river is occurring..

At 9 PM Tuesday, the stage on the Loosahatchie River at Arlington was
1.7 feet and rising. Flood stage is 20.0 feet.At 19.0 feet, Stewart
Road South begins to flood. Low lying farmland begins to flood..

At 9 PM Tuesday, the stage on the Coldwater River at Marks was 34.5
feet and rising. Flood stage is 39.0 feet.At 39.0 feet, Low lying
farm land is flooded in Northern Quitman County.

At 9 PM Tuesday, the stage on the Tallahatchie River at Locopolis was
28.4 feet and rising. Flood stage is 33.0 feet.At 33.0 feet, Flooding
is occurring along both banks of the river..

At 9 PM Tuesday, the stage on the Tallahatchie River near Swan Lake
was 20.7 feet and rising. Flood stage is 26.0 feet.At 26.0 feet, Low
lying farmland near the river is flooded..

At 9 PM Tuesday, the stage on the Little Tallahatchie Canal at Etta
was 14.2 feet and falling. Flood stage is 25.0 feet.

At 9 PM Tuesday, the stage on the Yalobusha River at Calhoun City was
15.8 feet and rising. Flood stage is 23.0 feet.

At 8 PM Tuesday, the stage on the Tombigbee River near Fulton was
14.9 feet and rising. Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

At 8 PM Tuesday, the stage on the Tombigbee River at Bigbee was 9.0
feet and falling. Flood stage is 14.0 feet.At 13.0 feet, Bottomland
flooding is occurring..

At 9 PM Tuesday, the stage on the Tombigbee River near Amory was 14.0
feet and rising. Flood stage is 20.0 feet.At 20.0 feet, Lowland
flooding begins..

At 8 PM Tuesday, the stage on the Buttahatchie River near Aberdeen
was 11.5 feet and rising. Flood stage is 13.0 feet.At 13.0 feet, Low
land near the river is flooded..

The next River Statement will be issued tomorrow or sooner if conditions
warrant.
