NORTH OF THE SHEAR LINE...MOSTLY TO THE EAST OF 140E.

A NEAR-EQUATORIAL TROUGH STRETCHES EASTWARD FROM 2N130E TO EQ170E.
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS FAR SOUTH OF KOROR AND YAP
ARE WITHIN 75 MILES OF A LINE FROM 3N135E TO 3N143E TO 1N147E AND
JUST SOUTH OF CHUUK...POHNPEI AND KOSRAE WITHIN 125 MILES OF A LINE
FROM 7N152E TO 2N162E.
