...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN NORTHAMPTON...
WESTERN HERTFORD...NORTHWESTERN GATES...AND SOUTHERN SOUTHAMPTON
COUNTIES AND THE SOUTHWESTERN CITY OF SUFFOLK...

At 745 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Boykins, moving
southeast at 40 mph.

Wind gusts in excess of 40 mph and nickel size hail are possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Ahoskie, Murfreesboro, Courtland, Boykins, Chowan University, Gates,
Conway, Winton, Cofield, Newsoms, Como, Roduco, Union, Severn,
Capron, Branchville, Tunis, Earleys, Menola and Chowan Beach.

Strong wind gusts are possible with this storm. These wind gusts are
capable of knocking down tree limbs...small or weakened trees...and
blowing around trash cans...potted plants...lawn furniture and other
light outdoor objects.
