STRONG THUNDERSTORMS NEAR SURF CITY...MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 20 MPH.

SMALL HAIL AND WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS
STORM.
