At 458 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southwest of Plainview, or 8 miles northeast of Knoxville,
moving east at 25 mph.

Pea size hail and winds up to 40 mph will be possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Knoxville, Jefferson City, Rutledge, Plainview, New Market,
Strawberry Plains, Halls, Blaine, Luttrell, Buffalo Springs, House
Mountain State Park, Maloneyville, Mascot and Joppa.
