AM PST...

At 558 AM PST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southeast of Bay Center, or 15 miles west of Frances, moving
northeast at 45 mph.

Pea size hail, occasional lightning, and winds in excess of 45 mph
will be possible with this storm. Radar also indicates some rotation
with this storm, so there is a very slight chance that there could
be a weak tornado associated with it.

Locations impacted include...
Raymond, South Bend, Naselle, Menlo, Nemah, Sutico and Willapa.

This includes the following highways in Washington...
 U. S. Highway 101 between mile markers 26 and 41, and between mile
markers 52 and 67.
 State Route 4 between mile markers 1 and 3, and near mile marker 5.
 State Route 6 between mile markers 1 and 13.
