CALIFORNIA...

WESTERLY WINDS AVERAGING 15 TO 25 MPH...WITH HIGHER GUSTS...WILL
CONTINUE TO PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING DUST AND SAND IN IMPERIAL AND
EASTERN RIVERSIDE COUNTIES. THE DUST AND SAND WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY
TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.

MOTORISTS ON INTERSTATES 8 AND 10 IN SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA...AS WELL
AS ON CALIFORNIA STATE HIGHWAYS 78...86...AND 111...IN THE EL
CENTRO...BRAWLEY...AND SALTON CITY AREAS...SHOULD BE ALERT FOR RAPID
CHANGES IN VISIBILITY.
