SERVICE...

LIGHT SNOW WILL FALL OVER THE NORTHEAST MOUNTAINS OF WEST VIRGINIA
THIS EVENING...TONIGHT...AND INTO TUESDAY. ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE
SLOW DURING THIS PERIOD WITH 3 TO 5 INCHES LIKELY BY TUESDAY
AFTERNOON.

AS TEMPERATURES FALL...WET ROADS MAY ICE OVER BEFORE THE BULK OF
THE SNOW ACCUMULATES. THIS...COMBINED WITH THE SNOW...WILL CREATE
HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS.
