...SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL THIS WEEK HAS INCREASED THE LANDSLIDE THREAT
IN WESTERN WASHINGTON THROUGH AT LEAST TONIGHT...

Recent rainfall has increased soil moisture to high levels across
Western Washington. Additional heavy rainfall is expected at times
today. Lowland areas may get another half to one inch of rain and
maintain the heightened threat of landslides.
