AN ELONGATED AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MEANDER ACROSS EASTERN SOUTH
DAKOTA AND WESTERN MINNESOTA THROUGH MONDAY. OFF AND ON LIGHT TO
MODERATE RAIN WILL ACCOMPANY THIS BOUNDARY. THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO
EXPECTED, MAINLY TONIGHT. THERE IS A MARGINAL RISK FOR SEVERE
WEATHER, MEANING THAT ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE
POSSIBLE,
WITH LARGE HAIL AND STRONG WINDS BEING THE MAIN CONCERN.

AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN WILL RESULT IN 1 TO
AROUND 4 INCHES OF TOTAL RAIN BY MONDAY NIGHT. THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS
OF 2 INCHES OR MORE, ARE EXPECTED SOUTHEAST OF A LINE FROM PRESHO
AND REE HEIGHTS TO ABERDEEN.

TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL VARY SIGNIFICANTLY...TOPPING OUT IN THE 60S
NORTHWEST OF MOBRIDGE...TO THE 80S AND LOW 90S ACROSS EASTERN SOUTH
DAKOTA AND WESTERN MINNESOTA. LOWS TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM THE MID
40S OVER NORTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA TO THE UPPER 50S TO LOW 60S OVER
EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA AND WESTERN MINNESOTA. HIGHS ON SATURDAY WILL
ONLY RISE INTO THE MID 50S TO UPPER 60S, WITH THE WARMEST READINGS
AGAIN EAST.
