WEATHER SYNOPSIS
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PADUCAH KY
211 PM CDT SUN APR 20 2014

HIGH PRESSURE THAT HAS GIVEN US A DRY AND WARM WEEKEND WILL PUSH OFF
TO THE EAST OVERNIGHT. AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE AND ITS ASSOCIATED
FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL MOVE ACROSS THE QUAD STATE REGION MONDAY. THIS
WILL RESULT IN A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS, STARTING IN
THE WEST ON MONDAY MORNING THEN OVERSPREADING THE REST OF THE
HEARTLAND BY THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS. THE PRECIPITATION
SHOULD BE EAST OF THE REGION BY EARLY TUESDAY MORNING AS HIGH
PRESSURE RE-TAKES CONTROL FOR A FEW DAYS. HIGHS IN THE UPPER 60S ON
TUESDAY SHOULD WARM INTO THE UPPER 70S BY THURSDAY. LOWS WILL BE IN
THE 50S.
