NEARLY STATIONARY. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP NEAR
THE LOW...BUT ARE SHOWING LITTLE SIGN OF ORGANIZATION. CONDITIONS
ARE CONDUCIVE FOR ONLY LIMITED DEVELOPMENT OVER THE NEXT TWO DAYS.
* FORMATION CHANCE THROUGH 48 HOURS...LOW...20 PERCENT.
