MONDAY THROUGH BROAD PASS...

* LOCATION...BROAD PASS AND NORTH.

* WIND...NORTH WIND 20 TO 35 MPH.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...35 TO 50 BELOW ZERO.

* TIMING...VERY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL CONTINUE INTO MONDAY
  MORNING. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH THROUGH THE DAY MONDAY.

* IMPACTS...INCREASED RISK OF HYPOTHERMIA AND FROSTBITE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROSTBITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
