* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 6 INCHES. THE LOWEST AMOUNTS WILL BE
  IN THE CAPITAL REGION...WITH THE HIGHEST VALUES OVER THE HIGHER
  TERRAIN.

* MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATES...UP TO ONE INCH PER HOUR.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO BECOME STEADIER OVERNIGHT. SNOW
  WILL TAPER OFF TO SNOW SHOWERS ON FRIDAY MORNING...ENDING BY
  MIDDAY.

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED ROADS AND LOW VISIBILITY WILL MAKE FOR
